    Eligibility Requirements

    We offer services via telehealth only in Maryland, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We are a virtual practice only and no longer have physical locations.


    We also are able to see those ages 12 and older.


    ​We can work with you and your ​primary care provider or other preferred prescriber to help with symptom management. We are looking forward to offering prescribing services as of Nov 2026!
