If you are experiencing a non-emergency but are in crisis, Massachusetts has a lot of resources that can help. You can text 741-741 at any time, day or night and talk with someone.

You can also call crisis at the Brien Center at (413) 499-0412 or call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 988. You can also walk into Clinical Support Options (CSO) to have an appointment with a psychiatrist for medication evaluations. Massachusetts also has resources online statewide for crisis available online: STATEWIDE RESOURCES.

Maryland Crisis

If you are experiencing a non-emergency but are in crisis, Maryland has a lot of resources that can help. You can call 211 option 1 at any time, or the MD Crisis hotline at 410-749-4357 day or night and talk with someone. You can also call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 988.

You can also sign up for the Mind Health text program to receive receive resources via text related to mental health. To enroll, text MDMINDHEALTH to 898-211.
