Community First Therapy and Consulting, LLC has been a consistent and trustworthy mental health and social services provider since 2016. We started in Maryland as a consulting practice for social worker's in long term care settings. In 2019, we opened our first therapy office in Maryland. Later that same year, we opened our first therapy office in Massachusetts. As of September 2024, we are able to provide telehealth only services to resident's within Vermont. We now are operating in three states for telehealth: Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maryland. We are committed to providing services of the highest quality that are evidenced based, with a focus on person centered care. Are services are virtual only and we do NOT have a physical location.
