Community First Therapy and Consulting, LLC has been a consistent and trustworthy mental health and social services provider since 2016. We started in Maryland as a consulting practice for social worker's in long term care settings. In 2019, we opened our first therapy office in Maryland. Later that same year, we opened our first therapy office in Massachusetts. We now are operating in two states: Massachusetts and Maryland. We are committed to providing services of the highest quality that are evidenced based, with a focus on person centered care.
